The Mirror reports that a New Zealand-born woman, Avril Barker, is considering moving back to NZ to access VAD.

She has a rare and aggressive melanoma which has spread to her lymph nodes. She witnessed her mother endure a painful death from cancer and  wants to avoid the same fate. Woman traumatised by mum's final months to travel to New Zealand for assisted death.
